Cortland Cross Training is a multi-dimensional fitness program that encompasses Olympic lifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning. Our main belief is that each workout should be efficient, safe and valuable to the participant. Our main goal for each individual that participates in the program is for them to become stronger, more fit, and more capable of accomplishing their daily goals. Through variance and an increase in intensity, our workouts challenge the mind and body to reach its limit. We believe that by individualizing each participant's strengths and weaknesses, our Cross Training Instructors can ensure that each person gets the best workout possible.
$100/ Semester- Student Membership
$120/Semester- Faculty/Staff/Other Membership
(Participation is by membership only, drop-in's are not allowed)
Monday through Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 12 a.m.
