Five template designs are available for PowerPoint presentations.
Template One This template can be used for presentations with extensive graphics, photos and text.
Template Two This template can be used for presentations containing extensive text.
Template Three This template can be used for presentations with extensive graphics, photos and text.
Template Four This template can be used for presentations with light graphics, photos and text.
Template Five This template can be used for presentations with light graphics, photos and text.
How to Use the PowerPoint Templates
Now it’s easy to create great presentations that reflect the brand identity of the College. Here’s how:
Microsoft Office 2003 (PC) Instructions
- Select the template design you want to use
- In the File Download dialog box, select Open; Microsoft PowerPoint will open*
Microsoft Office 2007 (PC) Instructions
- Select the template design you want to use
- In the File Download dialog box, select Open; Microsoft PowerPoint will open
- View the Design tab
- Select the drop down menu arrow at the bottom right of the Themes Group (see image)
- Select Save Current Theme (see image)*
Mac Instructions
- Select the template design you want to use
- In the File Download dialog box, select Open; Microsoft PowerPoint will open
- Choose File > Save As
- Under the Format drop-down menu, select Office Themes on a Mac*
*Note: To download all of the new slide designs, follow the same instructions for each.
After following the procedures, the slide designs should be available for existing or new presentations.
