Setting up your password profile changes your default password and begins a process that will allow you to change your password in the future if you forget it.
Be sure you are using you Net ID not your C-number to login. If you are not sure what your Net ID is there is a tool that will allow you to retrieve it at http://bannerweb.cortland.edu/pls/prod/pinweb.get_pin
When your account is created you are assigned a default password. If you forget this password you can contact The Help Center at THC@cortland.edu or by phone at 607-753-2500.
You will need to have your C-number available to receive assistance. If you do not have access to your C-number you can contact the Registrars office at 607-753-4702 and they can help you retrieve it.
If you graduated from SUNY Cortland and want access to your records there are three different scenarios for getting access.
If you are not currently registered you cannot login via MyRedDragon. You will need to go to https://bannerweb.cortland.edu/pls/prod/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin and login with your C# and PIN. You can access your coaching course by going to the Blackboard tab on the Design Help libguide. Scroll all the way to the bottom and on the right hand side you will find the link for the coaching courses.
