Why setup your Password Profile?

Setting up your password profile changes your default password and begins a process that will allow you to change your password in the future if you forget it.

I am having trouble logging into the myRedDragon

Be sure you are using you Net ID not your C-number to login. If you are not sure what your Net ID is there is a tool that will allow you to retrieve it at http://bannerweb.cortland.edu/pls/prod/pinweb.get_pin

When your account is created you are assigned a default password. If you forget this password you can contact the Information Resources Support Center (IRSC) at irsc@cortland.edu or by phone at (607) 753-2500.

You will need to have your C-number available to receive assistance. If you do not have access to your C-number you can contact the Registrars office at (607) 753-4702 and they can help you retrieve it.

Access for Alumni

If you graduated from SUNY Cortland and want access to your records there are three different scenarios for getting access.

  1. If you graduated after 2005 you can log in via MyRedDragon. If you have forgotten your password you should contact the Information Resources Support Center (IRSC) at irsc@cortland.edu or by phone at (607) 753-2500.

  2. If you graduated between 1996 to 2005 you will need to go to https://bannerweb.cortland.edu/pls/prod/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin and login with your C# and PIN. If you continue to have problems logging in, please contact the Information Resources Support Center (IRSC) at irsc@cortland.edu or by phone at (607) 753-2500.

You will need to have your C-number available to receive assistance. If you do not have access to your C-number you can contact the Registrars office at (607) 753-4702 and they can help you retrieve it.

  3. If you graduated before 1996 you will need to get access through the Registrars office at (607) 753-4702.

Access if you have been accepted but not registered

If you are not currently registered you cannot login via MyRedDragon. You will need to go to https://bannerweb.cortland.edu/pls/prod/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin and login with your C# and PIN. If you continue to have problems logging in, please contact the Information Resources Support Center (IRSC) at irsc@cortland.edu or by phone at (607) 753-2500.
