Why setup your Password Profile?

Setting up your password profile changes your default password and begins a process that will allow you to change your password in the future if you forget it.

I am having trouble logging into the myRedDragon

Be sure you are using you Net ID not your C-number to login. If you are not sure what your Net ID is there is a tool that will allow you to retrieve it at http://bannerweb.cortland.edu/pls/prod/pinweb.get_pin

When your account is created you are assigned a default password. If you forget this password you can contact the Information Resources Support Center (IRSC) at irsc@cortland.edu or by phone at 607-753-2500.

You will need to have your C-number available to receive assistance. If you do not have access to your C-number you can contact the Registrars office at 607-753-4702 and they can help you retrieve it.

You will need to have your C-number available to receive assistance. If you do not have access to your C-number you can contact the Registrars office at 607-753-4702 and they can help you retrieve it.

  3. If you graduated before 2000 you will need to get access through the Registrars office at 607-753-4702.
