The SUNY Cortland Student Volunteer Program (CSVP) is funded by the Student Government Association and is coordinated through Career Services. CSVP serves as a clearinghouse for volunteer activities and refers students to agencies interested in utilizing volunteers. Annually, more than 500 Cortland students volunteer in programs such as:
Adult Literacy Program
Bridges for Kids Program
Child Care Program
Classroom Volunteer Program
Environmental Volunteers
Hunger/Homeless Coalition
Youth Assist Program
Youth Sports/Rec Volunteers
Volunteer opportunities for these programs (and many more!) are available each semester. Please stop by the CSVP Office, Van Hoesen Hall, Room B-4 or call (607) 753-4715 for more information.
