The Alumni House and Toggenburg Mountain have teamed up to offer you an exciting winter getaway. You will have the choice to plan your perfect day out on the slopes. Some may be content with one of our elegant bedrooms for the night and lift tickets. Others may like to take advantage of the four-course meal being offered at Central City for an extra $75.00 per couple. Maybe a 30-minute couple’s massage is more your style. Toggenburg Mountain Winter Sports Center is family owned and operated, located on Toggenburg Road off of NY Route 80, one mile east of the Village of Fabius in Central New York. Toggenburg has 24 trails, including two terrain parks, serviced by five lifts. The lodge even has a daycare center for those that are a little too young to challenge the slopes. The mountain is roughly 700 feet of a vertical drop.

The Foggy Goggle Restaurant and Sports Bar has some of the finest dining in Central New York. The mountain is located just 15 miles from the Alumni House.

Those that are wondering, what's for dinner? Below is the pre-fixe menu being offered by Central City.

Starters: Pick One (1) Appetizer to share:

  • City Grill Bread (1/2 Order)  Italian bread with garlic butter, Romano & Provolone cheese served with our house red sauce
  • Potato Skins
  • Spinach Dip with Tri-Colored Tortillas
  • Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip with Tri-Colored Tortilla Chips
  • Pan Seared Scallops over Baby Spinach with Diced Tomatoes & Balsamic Glaze

Second Course: Each guest receives a choice of - Cup of Soup or Side SaladCentral City

Dinner Entrees:

  • City Chicken Sauté: 6 oz. chicken breast sautéed in white wine, olive oil, garlic, artichoke hearts, diced tomatoes and fresh basil: finished with a balsamic reduction sauce,; served with rice pilaf.
  • Central Catch: Tilapia cooked to your choice: blackened, fried, broiled (with lemon butter) or baked (with butter-cracker topping); served with veggies of the day and rice pilaf.
  • Aged NY Strip Steak (8 oz.): Served with veggies of the day, sliced portabella mushrooms, onion rings and a “big baker” potato.
  • Eggplant Rollitini: Rolled breaded eggplant with ricotta, spinach and Romano cheese; covered in our own red sauce with a side salad, roll & butter.
  • Chicken Parmesan: Lightly breaded and fried to a golden brown; covered in our house red sauce & mozzarella cheese, served with a side of pasta, salad, roll & butter.

Dessert Choices: NY Cheesecake, Peanut Butter Pie, Ultimate Chocolate Cake or Dessert Special.
