Built in 1912, the original detail and fine craftsmanship of the Lynne Parks '68 SUNY Cortland Alumni House are still evident. The house is truly a remarkable example of the elegance of a bygone era.

When renting the Alumni House for an event, guests have access to all of the featured common areas.  Overnight guests are able to enjoy access to these areas as well.

Nu Sigma Chi Class of ’68 Dining Room

The dining room exudes elegant splendor and unparalleled early 20th century quality and luxury.

Twelve guests may be seated in the dining room.

Charles A. Gibson Reception Hall

Upon entry into the foyer, one is awed with the warmth, graciousness and comfort of the home.

Capacity

The Reception Hall can accommodate up to 50 guests.

Bocklet Family Breakfast Room

Our guests will start the day in our light, casual and cozy breakfast room. A continental breakfast will be available daily.

Twelve guests may be seated in the breakfast room.

Jean Dunlavey ’64 Pub

The Pub, which features Old World oak paneling in an early 20th century setting, is suitable for all types of gatherings.

Capacity     

Thirty-five guests may be seated in the pub. Buffets and serving stations may afford higher seating capacity. Also available in the pub is an 80" projection screen, internet access, DVD/CD/TV.  A bar may be set up in the pub and solarium.

Alumni Association Presidents’ Solarium

The estate’s beautiful gardens can be viewed from the solarium, an ambient space suitable for a business meeting or reception.

Capacity   

The solarium seats up to 35 guests. A bar may be set up in the solarium, patio and/or pub.
