The five-day program will run from Aug. 23-28, 2015, the week before classes begin for the semester. Adirondack Trail Blazers is open to all SUNY Cortland freshman or transfer students. The program will begin on campus, then transition to one of our outdoor education facilities on Raquette Lake in the heart of the beautiful Adirondack Mountains.
The cost of the program is $385 and includes your camping equipment, food, room and transportation throughout the course. Financial assistance is available through the application process.
Space is limited, so you are highly encouraged to register early, beginning May 1, ensuring your acceptance. Application forms can be found in the column to the left.
Adirondack Trail Blazers is in its third year, but is built around Cortland’s 65 years of tradition connecting students and faculty in the outdoors. An experience at Raquette Lake creates lifelong memories, which many of our current students and alumni talk about frequently.
