Memorial Library - Thesis Submission Guidelines

SUNY Cortland Memorial Library serves as an electronic repository for Master's Theses in our Digital Commons Masters Theses collection.  To submit your thesis, please provide the following to your department coordinator, who may also require additional information.  When the thesis has been approved, the coordinator will forward to the library.

• An electronic copy of the thesis in WORD or PDF format, formatted in accordance with your department's requirements.
• A completed electronic copy of the Master’s Thesis Registration of Completion Form (obtained from your department).
• A completed electronic copy of the Permission to Copy form.
