Cortland strives to be among the nation’s best in physical and mental health, and that’s why we’ve created an environment that fosters both. Our Student Life Center is a dynamic, multi-purpose recreational building that exists as one of the best of its kind.

Many consider it the crown jewel of the more than $300 million in recent renovations and construction. Located near the heart of campus, the Student Life Center offers a variety of fitness features, social spaces and a 300-seat dining hall with healthy meal options.

In short, this recreation hub operates as SUNY Cortland’s one-stop shop for healthy activity.
