Fall 2012 - March 1, 2013	1. Meet with your advisor to verify eligibility for graduation. 2. Apply to graduate using myRedDragon. Once at myRedDragon, do the following: Type in ID and password Select “Student" tab and go to the Registrar Student Channel area Select “Graduation and Commencement Menu” Select “Degree and Diploma Application”
February 2013	Students who have not yet applied for a degree on myRedDragon should do so by March 1 and follow the instructions above. Applying for a degree by March 1 allows a student's name to appear in the Commencement program.
March 1, 2013	Students who have missed the March 1 deadline will now need to print the verification page once they have applied on myRedDragon for the degree and take it with them to the “Grad Finale.” Students who apply for their degree and/or indicate participation in Commencement after the March 1 deadline will not appear in the printed ceremony program.
Thursday, March 21, 2013	Attend “Grad Finale™” event to purchase Commencement items, meet with members of the Bursar/Student Accounts, Financial Aid, Graduate Studies and Career Services Offices, as well as select ceremony time and pick-up Commencement tickets. Items to consider purchasing: Cap and gown Class ring Diploma cover (Required in order to receive Undergraduate Commencement tickets) Diploma frame Personalized graduation announcements Flowers Watercolor prints of the campus Students unable to attend the Grad Finale may view and purchase Commencement-related items online at College Store.
April - May 2013	1. Check e-mail account, myRedDragon announcements and the Commencement website frequently for the latest Commencement news. 2. Clear up any outstanding obligations (holds) with the College, such as Library fees, parking tickets, etc. A diploma can not be issued unless all obligations are cleared.
May 13 - 17, 2013	Students who miss the filing deadline to register for Commencement must apply on myRedDragon and print the verification page to be allowed to pick up their tickets and cap, gown, etc. from the College Store. Students who apply for their degree and/or indicate participation in Commencement after the March 1 deadline will not appear in the printed ceremony program.
May 17, 2013	1. Attend rehearsal at 2:30 p.m. at Park Center Alumni Arena. As a point of reference, the ice hockey rink is the Alumni Arena. When entering the Alumni Arena, please take all handouts and then proceed to seating in the bleachers. Instructions for the day of the ceremony, including line-up procedures, will be provided. All candidates for graduation are encouraged to attend. Rehearsal will last approximately 30 minutes. 2. If applicable, pick up honors tassels at rehearsal or the day of ceremony.
May 18, 2013	Graduates attending Ceremony A report to Park Center Corey Gymnasium wearing gowns at 8:30 a.m. Graduates attending Ceremony B report to Park Center Corey Gymnasium wearing gowns at 1:30 p.m. See the Ceremony Instructions page for further information.
