All Faculty, Staff and Administrators should indicate their intention to participate in the 2013 Commencement Ceremonies no later than Friday, April 26 to allow adequate planning time. Participation surveys will be distributed to departments in March 2013.
Graduate Ceremony
Faculty and staff wearing regalia and marching during the graduate ceremony should report to Park Center, Room 2218 (D-327, Dance Studio) at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 17, 2013. Tickets are not required for entry.
Undergraduate Ceremony
Faculty and staff wearing regalia and marching during the morning ceremony should report to Park Center, Room 2218 (D-327, Dance Studio) at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2013. Tickets are not required for entry.
Faculty and staff wearing regalia and marching during the afternoon ceremony should report to Park Center, Room 2218 (D-327, Dance Studio) at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2013. Tickets are not required for entry.
Graduate and Undergraduate Ceremonies - Faculty and Staff Without Regalia
All faculty and staff are invited to sit in front of the stage for Commencement. Regalia is preferred and will be required for those wishing to march during the ceremony processional and recessional. For those members of the faculty and staff who would like to attend, but do not have regalia, a special pass will be provided for access into the arena and to this seating area. These passes with entrance and seating instructions will be mailed approximately two weeks prior to the ceremonies. Regalia may also be rented through the College Store.

Special Accommodations for Faculty and Staff Members
