SPM 275 - Foundations of Sport ManagementBasic historical understanding of the various dimensions of the sport industry in the United States and throughout the world, including important icons and critical events. Students will examine the modern evolution of the business of sport into a complex, multi-billion dollar service and product industry encompassing many different organizational structures. Prerequisite: SPM 175. (3 cr. hr.)
