SPM 440 - International Sport Enterprise
Focus on the globalization of sport with an emphasis on the organization, governance and management of international sport, including the Olympic and Paralympic Games and FIFA World Cup. Comprehensive investigation of the structural and cultural environments that multi-national organizations and corporations must consider in conducting business in foreign markets. Major semester-long project includes the development of a bid document proposal to host a major international sport.(3 cr. hr.)
