ICC 623 - Second Language Acquisition: Theory and Research

Examination of theories of second language acquisition (SLA): their definitions and how they attempt to describe and explain learner language. Investigation of relationship between theory of SLA and foreign language classroom instruction. Explanation of research methodologies employed in SLA.
