EDU 480 - The Social and Academic Curriculum II
Advanced integrated methods, planning and assessment for social studies and the social curriculum (grades 1-6, with emphasis on intermediate grades). Aimed at developing elementary students' civic competence, responsible decision making, and ability to make educated and reasoned choices for a culturally diverse, democratic society.
Prerequisite: EDU 378 (minimum grade of C). Corequisite: EDU 479.
