Bowers Renovation April 2013

April 8, 2013.
The Ground Floor on the north side.  Most of the construction started on the Third Floor
and is working its way down.  The floor here is being prepared for the covering, leveling layer
prior to the floor covering later.  The concrete wall in the hazy distance is one of the
"shear walls" to help support the building.
