Spring 2016 Events

April 9 – Join us to see real Painted Lady Butterflies and make butterfly arts and
crafts and other Spring crafts too!
April 16 – Join us at the New Location for Kidsville at the NYS Grange Building
100 Grange Place, Cortland
Driving on Groton toward route 81 you’ll see a white Grange Museum sign on the left, turn at the sign and go down a short road called Grange Place and you’ll see the brick building, NYS Grange on the right!


Unless otherwise noted, we are located in the SUNY Cortland Child Care Center, on the ground floor of the Education Building on Prospect Terrace. The entrance is to the right of the playground. Parking is available on the street or in the ASC paid lot.

All events are FREE but donations are gladly accepted.

Our Mission

The Children's Museum offers interactive, hands-on experiences in an environment where Cortland community members, including parents, grandparents, caregivers, teachers, college students, youth and young children can be inspired to play and learn together across a variety of topics and in many ways.
