Obama after One Year: Is the Honeymoon Over?

 The election of Barack Obama represented the greatest electoral victory for a Democratic president since 1964. Yet the realities of governance proved far more difficult than his campaign juggernaut suggested. Why has governance been so difficult, especially since his party also controls Congress? What are the prospects that Obama will actually achieve that which he promised Americans in 2008?
