The Conference Planning Committee welcomes a broad range of presentations, including academic papers, artistic presentations, and workshops that address gender equity in multiple ways. The submission should address the conference's essential questions. The program committee will select the best papers for inclusion in Wagadu: A Transnational Journal of Women's and Gender Studies (wagadu.org).
Your proposal should indicate clearly whether you are interested in a poster session, paper session, workshop, or an alternative format. The abstract describing the proposal should be no more than 250 words and should be formatted using either APA or MLA format. Each proposal must include your contact information including email. Send an abstract of your proposal for a paper session or poster session by August 15, 2009.
