Andrea-Hart-Campus-Champ

Campus Champion

SUNY Cortland students have a friend in the food business, someone to turn to with questions about diet, nutrition and creating a healthy relationship with food, mind and body. Auxiliary Services Corporation nutritionist Andrea Hart, a registered dietitian and New York state-certified dietitian/nutritionist, offers free, confidential, one-on-one counseling to students. They can email her with questions or meet with her to tailor an individual plan, which might address food allergies, weight loss, nutrition needs and campus dining options. Not only during March but all year long, Andrea is a champion for teaching lifelong skills that incorporate the National Nutrition Month theme to “Eat right, your way, every day.”
