This Bulldog is Lindenhurst’s Angel

Lindenhurst, N.Y., residents devastated by Superstorm Sandy probably will long remember Bruce Casagrande ’73, M ’78 as the man who regularly drove through powerless neighborhoods, siphoning gasoline out of his own truck to help fuel generators. He remains active with Camp Bulldog, a grassroots, volunteer relief organization, as the area continues to recover.

SUNY Cortland recently unveiled its new athletics website, giving the College’s nationally ranked program a bolder, more dynamic online presence. William Richards ’88 Joins Academic Hall of Fame
 

William “Bill” G. Richards ’88, a leading researcher of new therapeutics for diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease and other illnesses, has been named the 12th inductee into the SUNY Cortland Academic Hall of Fame. He will be recognized Friday, April 12.
