In Her Own Words: Katelyn Repetto '10


After a whirlwind two years on the SUNY Cortland campus, Katelyn Repetto joined the ranks of 60,000 alumni in December. Back home in North Babylon, N.Y., the 23-year-old former communication studies major took a break from her very brisk search for an internship or job in her field to attempt to capture for former students young and old that end-of-college experience. Gettysburg vs. SUNY Cortland Lacrosse Tailgate, March 12


Come support your Red Dragons on March 12 at John J. Burns Park in Massapequa, N.Y. The game starts at 1 p.m. Admission is free and alumni are encouraged to stop by the alumni tent for tailgate refreshments and SUNY Cortland giveaways while supplies last. Managing Your Teaching Career, March 15


SUNY Cortland education alumni and students are invited to a special networking event, sponsored by Jamie McGrory '79. Panelists include alumni Mike Krapf ’79, social studies teacher in the William Floyd School District, and Jillian (Murphy) Horan ’96,  RTI coach in the Early Childhood Center at Marshall School in Hempstead.  Panelists will be joined by fellow Long Island education professionals who will speak about breaking into education in downstate New York.

Gospel Choir Celebrates 25 Years


SUNY Cortland Gospel Choir alumni and friends are invited to join The SUNY Cortland Gospel Choir for thier 25th Anniversary Reunion Concert on Sunday, May 1, 2011.  The concert will be preceded by a 25th Anniversary Gospel Choir reunion and social at the Lynne Parks '68 SUNY Cortland Alumni House on Saturday, April 30 from 6-9 p.m.
