Eileen Jaffe ’75 has distinguished herself as a research director at such revered institutions as the University of Pennsylvania, Thomas Jefferson University and the Fox Chase Cancer Center (FCCC).
Her work has been published in numerous scientific journals and, for nearly 20 years, she has directed an undergraduate research fellowship competition at the FCCC.
Jaffe was an esteemed member of the faculty at Harvard University, where she pursued her post-doctoral studies.
During her studies as a Regents Scholar at SUNY Cortland, Jaffe earned a National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship and earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. She received a doctorate in biochemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.
