Minutes of December 3, 2007 were approved.� Joy will send them to Cindy Compagni to post on the web.

Eileen Gravani, our new interim Associate Dean was welcomed to the committee.

The curriculum action chart was reviewed.� SPM 285 which we approved in November has not showed up anywhere.� Joy will follow-up.� [Note: in a draft of all-college review committee minutes of December 17, Lori found that SPM 285 was contingently passed, but sent back to the department for a modification].

Old Business � None

New Business � Physical Education Program Alteration

����������� They are adding EXS 367 as another option in an elective field.� Proposal Passed unanimously.� It was noted that the EXS 346 title may have been changed to Sport Psychology (rather than Sport and Exercise Psychology as noted in the paperwork).� [This was verified in the current on-line catalog.� Physical Education was notified and they are updating their paperwork].

Other items:

Since curriculum actions have been limited thus far this semester, it is anticipated that there may be an influx of proposals later in the semester.� If needed in April, the committee may need to move the meeting time up to 8:45 in order to cover all the business.� Currently, no committee members had a conflict.� This will only happen, if needed.
